I’m Candice Voss, and I’ll be your guide through this journey.
For more than a decade, I’ve lived and served at the intersection of behavioral health, nervous system regulation, yoga, and spiritual awakening.
I’ve worked as a behavioral health nurse, led mental-health teams, and earned certifications in lifestyle medicine and yoga — all while walking my own path through chronic pain, plant medicine, and the reclamation of my voice.
But what shaped this work most wasn’t the science.
It was the surrender.
